These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and services operated by StackStats Apps LLC ("StackStats", "we", "us"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.
Use of Services
Our services include the StackStats website, PayrollDLT, RemitDLT, InvoiceDLT, HubHook and XRPLAnalytics. You may use our services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials you use.
- You may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload our infrastructure.
XRPL Transactions
Our products facilitate interaction with the XRP Ledger, which is a public, decentralised network. On-chain transactions are irreversible. StackStats is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect wallet addresses, user error or ledger conditions beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos and software on our websites are owned by StackStats or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StackStats shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our services.
Termination
