How do I restore my purchases on a new device? +

Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. This will restore any in-app purchases tied to your Apple ID. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Is my data stored on your servers? +

No. All StackStats Apps store data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We never collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any server. Your data stays on your device.

How do I cancel a subscription? +

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Select the app → Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Can I request a refund? +

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and request a refund.

The app crashed or isn't working properly +

Try these steps: (1) Force quit the app and reopen it. (2) Restart your device. (3) Check for app updates in the App Store. (4) Delete and reinstall the app. If the issue persists, email us at [email protected] with your device model, iOS version, and a description of the issue.

Do you offer bulk/enterprise licensing? +

How do I connect my XRPL wallet? +

We support XAMAN (Sign in with XAMAN OAuth2 — works on any device), GemWallet, and Crossmark browser extensions. Click Connect Wallet and choose your preferred option.

Are my private keys ever shared? +

Never. We use wallet authentication protocols that only verify public wallet addresses. Your private keys remain in your wallet at all times.

Can blockchain transactions be reversed? +

No. Transactions on the XRP Ledger are final and irreversible. Always verify details before signing. Contact support if you encounter unexpected behavior.

What happens if I lose access to my wallet? +

Since we authenticate via your wallet address, losing access to your wallet means losing access to your account. We do not have a password reset mechanism. We recommend securing your wallet seed phrase according to your wallet provider's guidance.

How do I cancel a SaaS subscription? +

Email [email protected] or contact us through the support form. We process cancellations within 1 business day. Access continues through the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account data? +

Email [email protected] with your XRPL wallet address and we will delete all associated data within 7 business days, as required by applicable privacy law.
